LOST...What would you do?
So thanks to Pat who got Becca hooked on Lost I am now a victim of having been drawn into the Lost bandwagon...So after watching 3 seasons well almost 3 seasons 2 more episodes to go, I realized I need to think about my traveling attire.I have devised a plan to bring things that might help me if we are ever stranded on an island. So here is my attire for traveling:
-bathing suit (dries fast and ok to wear alone)
-cargo pants that turn into shorts(for hot and cold weather)
-baseball hat(to cover the sun)
-hiking boots (sturdy shoes MATT was right all these years..hiking boots everywhere)
-socks (keeping feet warm)
-tank top (in case its hot)
-t-shirt (for not hot but not cold weather)
-Long sleeved shirt( for cold weather)
-Wind breaker (water proof blocks wind)
-and a fold rain suit in my pocket
...now in my purse..cause i am grabbing my purse
-Ready to eat meals
-appetite suppressants for 90 days
-an empty water bottle/fill it after security
-asprin
-sunblock
-chapstick
-a first aid kit
-a pair of underwear
-a roll of toilet paper
and before any trip I would go give myself the deposhot so I dont have my monthly visitor...
ok that is all...what would you wear and bring if you were traveling?

Why do we do what we do?
Ok todays blog not so interesting... but I found myself asking why do we do what we do?...As you may all know I am boy crazy..there has not been one day I don't think about boys, dates, making out, I am worse than a 15 yr old girl. Anyways.. I have been seeing on and off a guy named Tom aka fish boy for those of you who know the nicknames..since I have so many boys they need nicknames to differentiate between each other. As those of you may also know tom..not the nicest guy in the world..he has that European arrogance to him..you know the one where he thinks he is better than anyone..I know I know you ask what the hell are you doing with him...I dont know..its not like I see myself long term with this guy, nor do I see myself marrying him, the relationship isnt about sex (we haven't had any), we just go out and make out and sleep in bed together..I think its just the comfort level of having someone lay next to you and hold you tight and hes very affectionate...and when I hang out with him I feel safe and wanted..hmm I don't know this is so confusing..damn boys...ok that is all had to get it off my chest..please comment with suggestions

Are we ever happy?
When we are
young (Ages 2-11) we complain about showers, bedtimes, snacks we cant have before dinner, not getting the toy we want and we pout and cry and throw tantrums
as pre teen/teenagers(12-18)We argue about curfews, not having the right car, always trying to convince your parents that so and so can do it why cant we, dressing the way you want to dress, not having money, having a job an believing that we are entitled to do what we want
young adults 18-21, if we havent moved out we threaten that we are, we bicker about having bills, stress about school, stress about relationships and friends,
as adults 22-30, we are unhappy with relationships, unhappy with jobs, still stressing about bills still stressing about relationships and friends, for some we have kids for others theres families to maintain
we move to 30-50 we are unhappy with friends, and spouses, children not treating you right, the dogs puking on the carpet, bills still stressing you out, college fund and vacations
50-80 we are unhappy about the damn youth who is rotting their brains on MTV, no appreciation for work, youth having it easy, stressing about social security, children no longer caring about us makes us bitter, the fact that people tell us that we cant drive after a certain age makes you disgruntle...
80+- not being able to function without someone hounding you that you cant do it yourself...
Think about it..are you ever truly happy? Or do we trick ourselves into believing everything is ok..
This was not a downer blog...but I was in a thinking mood after having dinner with about 10 senior citizens who were yelling at each other across the table..

Silence can be Deadly
Once again I write...yes yes I know I just wrote a blog like 2 secs ago but hey its my blog and I feel inspired. For those of you who don't know.. I work in property management and well its not a hard job but more like time consuming. (then again I am writing a blog during work hours) Anyway..I realized today I need some kind of interaction with people...my co-worker who I will name "the duck" for privacy purposes has gone off to get married..yay ok not really a yay..why you ask am I not happy???????????????????????????????? Let me tell you I am going nuts in the office..granted there were times we didn't speak to each other and all you would hear is the tap tap tap tap tap of the keyboard and the occasional music video we would find on you tube or where ever but then there were times we get all analytical about stuff like poop...lol..All in all I do miss my co-worker...I sometimes think I forgot how to speak..then I go an call myself on the cell phone to leave a message to make sure I havent lost my speech..my most exciting day now is when I get to see Anwar our pest control guy cause I get some interaction. Ok that is all...the silence of the office is going to kill me.
